    桃胶白果雪耳炖豆奶具有强肺益气功效。

    Step 1

    把桃胶用清水泡过夜,清洗去除杂物,再冲洗,沥干待用。Soak peach gum overnight, wash several time to remove debris, drain and set aside.

    Step 2

    雪耳泡水½小时,冲洗,剪成小块再冲洗,待用。Soak white fungus, wash and cut in small pieces, wash again and set aside.

    Step 3

    白果去心,洗净备用。Remove gingko core, wash and set aside.

    Step 4

    将白果、雪耳、冰糖和热清水一起放入炖锅,炖约30分钟,然后加入桃胶和热豆浆、枸杞再炖20分钟即可。Arrange gingko, white fungus, rock sugar and hot water into stew pot, stew for 30 minutes. Toss in peach gum, hot soy milk and gou qi, continue stew for another 20 minutes, done.
